Recent Haul

Updated: Jun 30, 2022

DM me for thé brand name as I don’t like revealing my sources publicly, this was my recent haul, next time I’m not gonna open any mails ‘cuz I want to save money 💵 please don’t mail me about offers and stuff. The Cat cereal bowl is in my wishlist I couldn’t buy it this time but it’s so cute lol it comes with a lid and all… I feel like becoming a child again. The mini frame is for my showcase, I have a golden 5 x 5 frame, this is 7.5 x 5 or so, it comes in a variety of different shapes such as heart and oval, I got this because it looks a miniature version of the classic rectangle frames which you normally get… all the intricate details have been finely carved right from the features to the feathers of the little cherub, it’s for 390/- the mini Fox pot is for 410/- I’m gonna keep it on my brown cabinet near the window (I had taken a mini two shelf dresser to store all my gadgets and electronics in a concealed way so as to avoid keeping them in open in my old-fashioned Victorian theme) I customised it and added a few more elements to give it that heirloom touch, I’ll be keeping this Fox there, I love woodland animals mainly Elks and Antlers, Bears, Raccoons, Jackals, Foxes, etc. They each have a unique trait, for example Raccoons are known as mini thieves because of their bandit mask and they also have a habit of collecting and hiding things in their “secret spots” it is very much similar to what human kids do, I still remember I had a mini wooden box where I would collect tags, labels, keychains, mini leftover stuff such as fancy lotion bottles, sealed letterheads, the ones with embossing, antique coins and mini pittal toys which my grandmother would give me & all kinds of quirky things and paraphernalia. I can’t write much due to my ill health but I’ll share more things if we’ll ever meet in person, I’m gonna use the Hedgehog one in my bathroom as a toothbrush holder since it’s slightly smaller than the fox and it’ll look like a novelty piece there with my quaint looking (highlighter) tiles. I got it for 290/- The Greek structures (had to buy both as only one wouldn’t have looked good, this is where I spent the most money) will blend with one of my beautiful water coloured paintings, it too has the dilapidated remains of Athens. The bigger one has an angel carved on it… which reminds me of my fav sculptor Michelangelo 🤍 who once said, “I don’t carve these angels, they are already there, I just remove the excess stone and free them…” he himself had Angel in his name. I always wanted a Mason jar/mug but you would only get simple ones, luckily this time I had the chance to pick something with supercool typography and it was available two different shades, Coral and Powder Blue, since it’s supposed to be “refreshing” like what’s written on top of it, I chose Blue, it was on sale so I got it for 540/- and there was a 5% off on the total bill amount…

Featured Artist - That’s Lori Morris, owner of House of LMD her classic/recurring style or forte is Hollywood Regency but for her Birthday she picked something which personally appeals to me a lot and that is, “Vintage Antiquity” Look at the sink behind, it has carvings too… along with a Jack Squirrel & Eagle, it’s again full of Novelty & old world charm, she has combined it with Marble and added Nickel Faucets to give it more richness and finished it with a huge painting of a Milk Pot… 🤍🤍🤍

I had taken these artificial flowers from Amazon a while ago, they are synthetic, I do have dried pampas & bunny tail but they are an exception because I’m not that fond of real ones, I don’t like morbidity and even though they are preserved I didn’t want any dead flowers in my room and my mother was afraid they would develop insects or locust… so anyway I got these for 299/- they are like those typical artificial fabric flowers that you normally get but they look very pretty in real life, I’d taken them long back & I’ll be using them now.

Xoxo
