They have no credibility and no shame whatsoever, when I shared a review on other sites, they immediately uploaded a FAKE lauding review to obsolete it. Another reviewer rightly said, they are cyber-bullying. Here’s my Review for Creative Market.

ADDITIONAL INPUT: I am being constantly harassed and pressurised to take down my review from some other site… they are going on sending me various inputs and it has been very chaotic and stressful. I’ve attached more tweets below at the end with more details. THEY ARE SO CONNIVING THEY FLAGGED THIS SAME REVIEW (which I had copy pasted in short) as “ILLEGAL HARMFUL CONTENT” to take it down, and they flooded that place with their own FAKE exalting reviews.

THEY SAID, “We made an exception and issued a refund otherwise we normally don’t do that.” What a bloody joke, first of all I clearly told them “Chuck the refund no one wants it” before leaving the mail & seller thread cuz I had other work to do, I didn’t want to bicker, they saw my Facebook review and initiated a refund cuz they were getting Busted there. Secondly, THE SELLER SOLD ME A FAKE PRODUCT, THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE DESCRIPTION EXCEPT FOR “30 Damask Bundles” The files had NO PATTERNS OR DAMASK DESIGNS, They ONLY had low quality IMAGES OF THE BUNDLE ITSELF that too with a label saying “Sample Text Goes here” (which wasn’t editable) he cheated me with bundle pics instead of selling an actual bundle he sold “bundle images” for 12$ IS HE INSANE? Some artists also offer several bundles within a single bundle which have 70+ graphics each (in every bundle) so I thought this one too would have 30 bundles comprising of 4-8 patterns each which would give me 120-150 vectors in total, his bundle was still relatively smaller than their 350 graphics so I purchased it. I never expected them to scam, torture and ostracise me like that, how sick?!

They have fraud sellers and there’s no way to contact them, they lie about submitting the ticket, you can’t do that at all, the screen redirects you to useless FAQs... even if you are able to get through, the chat bot/dialogue box hangs & crashes so there’s no way you can actually contact them, the only thing you can do is report the product but they remove your honest feedback and comments and also BLOCK your DEVICES/ACCOUNT instead of taking anything in stride, they argue, cheat and support their fraud sellers… they won’t even let you sign up for a new account and they take away all the backup files of whatever you’ve purchased… I had spent nearly 60$ and I’m not able to access any files THAT I HAD PAID FOR. I don’t believe in spending a single penny for “Personal Greeting Cards” or Social Media layouts but I was working on a project (which is extremely dear to my heart) for which I required specific things along with a commercial license, so I had to buy everything which I would’ve otherwise got for a quadrant of what I actually paid here… I’m from India, we were logging more than 300k cases everyday, they cheated me even during this pandemic, there’s a seller called Eugeniu Frimu and he goes by the name “FrimuFilms” here... I’m appalled there’s no moderator to check what these people are selling? He charged me 12$ for a “bundle” of damask vectors which only had miniatures of the BUNDLE IMAGE ITSELF with a Label saying “Sample Text Goes Here”... its not editable or anything, just a miniature of the bundle image, there are no actual designs or patterns, just bundle pics. I contacted him and he said you are the first to complain, yes that’s all you get! What am I going to do with that? He thinks this is eBay? Creative Market should be boycotted and taken down... If I had enough time, I wouldn’t have spared them, they are extremists, I would’ve lodged a complain in Consumer Court and CYBER CRIME DEPARTMENT, I would’ve also asked my Bank to file a lawsuit against them for fraudulent transaction. Such INSANE SELLERS shouldn’t be allowed to scam people... I reported that product and some “Beth” said it doesn’t violate their laws which EXPLAINS THAT THIS CREATIVE MARKET ITSELF IS FRAUDULENT. I had explained everything while reporting that product but she kept defending him… in fact, they’ve been proudly promoting him in the “Patterns” section to thug more people. After a while these sellers get banned but CREATIVE MARKET TAKES ALL THEIR EARNINGS... they do enormous damage by promoting and supporting them, only to kick them out and conveniently TAKE ALL THE MONEY. This is CRIME/THEFT. Moreover, they HACKED my account and blocked all devices, which is extremely unethical, they then approached me on twitter with a fake ID saying you can pay extra to another hacker to unblock it for you! I was appalled… they have no qualms or shame for what they are doing? They are tampering with our devices using site blockers in the form of CSRF tokens, the seller on the other hand is still selling his FAKE products there. Criminals. Luckily, my intuition saved me from more phishing/breaches… I had saved my debit card details here because it was going to expire anyway, and I trusted them blindly cause I thought it was a reliable renowned site, although I was a bit disappointed because you neither get any Commercial License Certificate nor any “ReadMe” file…and most artworks or graphics are uploaded by novice, inexperienced wannabe designers so the quality is always sub par. When I made my last purchase (ie. Got scammed) I updated my new Debit Card 💳 number and while I was doing so, I had a feeling that maybe I shouldn’t save it, I had this firm resolve for some vague reason… and when I went through all the negative feedback , I was glad I didn’t! I know a software where they used to buy & list CM’s graphics for us but then they stopped getting new ones and I was wondering why they were drearily repeating their previous purchases, I then realised that they (too) had a spat with them and now they directly buy from designers on their own websites.

Apparently they only have one person to respond to your mails and her name is Beth R. Here’s my message to her, I don’t know if that man Eugénie bribes them or what because inspite of repeatedly getting negative reviews, he is still using their site like eBay. They had banned another Muslim seller by making such lame excuses, why don’t they ban or Block This Fraud FrimuFilms? This is sheer #Racism. According to you’ll, Frustrated customers like me who are already having more than 3 lakh cases in their country, who are suffering from incapacitating illnesses like fibromyalgia, who are already being subjected to domestic violence and constant home abuse due to the never-ending lockdown should lick your seller’s feet (who impudently started off with the very cocky “Hello my Dear Buyer” and no it wasn’t by default) we should put up with them instead of asking them to F* off that too after they’ve erroneously said that we are the first to raise a complain and that those miniatures are all we get when we are promised an actual bundle? After you have completely defended them and refused a refund and we are left helpless, when our comments are taken down (where we have exposed the seller to help all other users who could get scammed) we are not supposed to take out any aggression or ask you’ll to Fuck off? Someone told me, “I’m glad you did that before they blocked you ‘cuz they would’ve done that anyway, to cover up their mistakes and take down your comment.” He has so many bad reviews under his storefront that you are losing all your credibility due to him and he isn’t the only one selling sample pics, you yourself are an EXTREMIST Beth, you prove that Muslims aren’t but you are because look at your ego, you BANNED or OSTRACISED me permanently for calling you out. I got a flare up and I blacked out the very same night cuz I had cried the whole day, I became sick because of them, I instantly got a low BP episode, I was already getting convulsions and I wasn’t able to bear all the stress, I’d also shared about it on facebook, this incident happened around 2 months back…

I’m sure they wouldn’t have taken any responsibility for my life, right? THEY ARE SO SHAMELESS THAT THEY ARE GOING ON REITERATING THAT I HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY BLOCKED, MY TICKETS ARE GOING TO SPAM, I WILL NEVER BE ABLE ACCESS THEIR SITES, ETC. OVER AND OVER AGAIN ASSUMING I OR ANYONE ELSE WOULD WANT TO PURCHASE FROM HERE?! They had stopped sending me promo mails but the other day they deliberately sent one to remind me of their site and when I tried logging in I saw that I was still blocked which means they are playing with my mind, how f*cking cheap? She kept reiterating how I’ve been permanently blocked there like a typical despotic vindictive psychopath. Ever since she has been onboard this place has gone to the dogs, she is VERY egoistic and strange, she cannot take anything in her stride, she loses it and she starts seeking revenge, she keeps saying you’ve been “permanently banned” out of sadism, she literally used Creative Market’s Twitter account‘s password to BLOCK ME.

AND THIS IS WHAT I GET NEXT… How unprofessional, Immature & Egoistic? They are EXTREME, you can’t sign up again, they’ve even blocked software companies. This place is crazy, most designers are inexperienced, novice homemakers like Beth who do all this for time pass, they lack finesse and their quality is horrible. This isn‘t a place for Independent Designers as maximum of them have shifted to their own sites and other markets… they now only have tacky, cheap looking stuff. Frankly everyone is busy boycotting them, we’ve all chosen other alternatives. There are many such reviews and they aren’t trustworthy at all. The seller is still selling his fake files there and they are busy removing customers how STUPID?

Final Verdict:

They are extremely vindictive, unprofessional & egoistic and I DONOT wish to associate with such Frauds. I know a site, which has a specific restrictive theme but a lot of brands who are not into it are also a part of their bespoke clientèle list (it’s full of top brands + some of the biggest names in the industry) they have a very impressive portfolio and their products are amazing… they usually have discounts and you will never return empty handed, you’ll either get freebies (with a commercial & personal license ‘readme’ file) or bonus stuff like even when you purchase fonts, they give you an entire catalogue of icons to go with that font or presets (which are easy to edit for all those who don’t know much about designing, you will however require a pro software) but I love that place, I don’t mind being in their mailing list cuz I get freebies right in my inbox and they also give free tutorials, I LOVE monograms and they just taught us how to create them, that’s one lesson I wouldn’t want to miss as opposed to Creative Market who only believes in punishing people, that’s the ONLY lesson they teach you.
