Guns & Roses

My hand is very cold & my heart is palpitating, the nerve in my heart was jerking & twitching like the one in my head… but I’m sharing this for you:

This is a real life story and none of the events have been fabricated or fictionalised

Once upon a time… there was a man who would perform at Rodeo clubs, you know those Western style shooting ranges they had on those “countrysides”… he was known for his narrow gaze & sharp aim, he never missed any shot, he would always hit the bull’s eye, he’d never miss any target. I don’t remember his name but he won a lot of accolades and trophies, he would travel 🧳 throughout the country and perform in various different towns, he’d host several shows for everyone but one day he arrived at a place where people didn’t know who he was, he felt by now he was supposed to be a “celebrity”, they should’ve recognised him but they all had a different name on their tongue, here, someone else was the talk of the town… he asked himself, “Who is this?

He then bought a ticket & decided to attend that show. He went there and in order to show his prowess, he challenged them which was quite audacious, I mean if I were you kid, I wouldn’t have done that… they were shooting at different ranges and for the first time ever, he missed, he missed a shot. People say… legend has it 🙌🏻 that day not only did he lose the trophy but he also lost his heart because that other contender was a girl. And no, he wasn’t distracted by her because she was pretty or anything, he was almost 10 years older than her, she was just a young ingenue, her looks or beauty hadn’t even developed by then and she wasn’t one of those girls who would doll up, she was a tomboy, she wouldn’t flutter her lashes, her eyes would only do one thing and that is *focus* she’d turn her gaze to her target and with a keen eye, just pull the trigger… her lips weren’t puckered or pouted, she would be seen with a wheat straw at the corner of her mouth, she didn’t care how you perceived her, she was too busy to be looking at you.

Ever since then they started doing Rodeo shows together but he would let her (now, his partner or wife) take the centre stage cuz she was better than him and he knew that, she had earned it, he even offered to teach her a few more things to sharpen her skills.

Yeah I agree he wasn’t some lecherous Indian man/*a deaf in the land of the blind* who was looking for a pretty girl to hype his worth and lure more females… otherwise we would’ve heard a different story today.
